1. Who We Are

Skelna is a Chrome extension publisher that builds professional browser tools for B2B professionals. You can contact us at hello@skelna.com.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the data needed to operate accounts, subscriptions, product limits, and Pro features.

• Google account information, including name, email address, and profile picture, when you sign in with Google OAuth for account creation.
• Discovery count, stored locally and synced to our servers for free tier enforcement only.
• Credits balance, stored locally and synced to our servers for Pro feature access control.
• Member research data, which is stored in your browser only and is never sent to Skelna servers.
• Payment information, handled entirely by Paddle. Skelna never sees or stores payment card details.

3. How We Use Data

We use data for account management, subscription management, free tier enforcement, credit tracking, and access control for paid features. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third Party Services

• Google OAuth is used for sign-in only. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Paddle is our payment processor and handles all billing under Paddle's privacy policy.
• Supabase is our database provider. It stores account information such as name, email, Google ID, subscription status, and credits. Our Supabase project is hosted on AWS us-east-2.
• Anthropic is our AI provider. When you use AI scoring, member biography text is sent to Anthropic's API for prospect scoring. No personally identifiable information about you, the user, is sent.
• Vercel is our hosting and API provider.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion by emailing hello@skelna.com.

6. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. The Skelna website uses no analytics by default.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to your data, correction of your data, or deletion of your account data by contacting hello@skelna.com.

8. Children

Skelna products and services are not directed at anyone under 18 years old.

9. Changes

We may update this privacy policy as our products evolve. When we make changes, we will update this page and note the date above.
