1. No Refunds on Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling a monthly subscription stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
All sales are final.

Skelna provides digital software products that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the value of the product is accessible the moment a subscription begins, we do not offer refunds on any subscription payments, monthly or annual.
All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling a monthly subscription stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable in full or in part. If you cancel an annual subscription, you retain Pro access for the full year you paid for.
We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days, weeks, or months of any subscription period.
The only exception to this policy is a billing error caused by Skelna, such as being charged twice because of a technical fault. If this happens, we will correct it promptly. Contact hello@skelna.com with the details.
We offer a generous free tier so you can evaluate the product before paying. Free users get 200 contacts and 100 AI credits, enough to run a real test of the product. Please use the free tier thoroughly before upgrading.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings tab in the extension or by emailing hello@skelna.com. Cancellation stops future charges. Your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
